There is an area for Years 5 and 6 readers with books by Roald Dahl, Michael Morpurgo and Jeff Kinney, for example. For more able readers and Years 7 and 8, the Library offers popular authors such as Robert Muchmore, JK Rowling, Sophie McKenzie and Derek Landy.
We organise children's authors to visit the school for talks and activities and will keep you informed of any future visits. Let us know if you have a favourite author and we'll see if they're available to drop in!
“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.”
